This time I made a rare cheese tart. So, I want to share with you guys.
I usually don't cook much, and the only time I cook is for Valentine's Day. The reason I cooked was my mother's birthday. I wanted to do something for her, and I decided to make a Rare Cheese Tart. My mother likes cheese, and that's why I chose it.

Ingredients:
・Marshmallow (100g) Japan
・Milk (3 tablespoons) Japan
・Cream cheese (200g) Japan
・Lemon juice (1 tablespoon) Japan
・Biscuit (150g) Japan
・Salt free Butter (70g) Japan
Materials needed: Plastic bag, Cotton swab, Bowl Spoon, Measuring spoon, Microwave oven,Weighing machine, Tart mold, Knife
Directions: First, put the cookies in a plastic bag, crush them into small pieces, add butter, and rub them well. Put them in a mold, spread them with a spoon, and chill them in the refrigerator for about 10 to 15 minutes to harden. It is important to crush the cookies as finely as possible.
Next, add the marshmallow and milk, and without wrapping, heat in the microwave at 600W for 1.5 minutes to mix and melt. In the meantime, put the cream cheese in a bowl and mix until soft. Then add the warmed marshmallow and milk into the cream cheese mixture several times. Then add the appropriate amount of lemon juice. The cheese part is now complete.
Remove the tart from the refrigerator, pour the cheese mixture into the mold, refrigerate overnight, and you are ready to serve.
Serving suggestions: When eating it, it is of course delicious for no topping, but it is also very tasty topped with blueberry jam, strawberries, or fruit, if you like.
About Tart:The name "tart" is derived from the Latin word "torta," meaning a round dish-shaped pastry, which was used in ancient Rome. It is said that "torta" was later changed to "tart.” At that time, cutlery such as spoons did not exist yet, and liquid food was very difficult to eat. So they made a bowl out of tart dough and poured liquid such as honey or cream into it, which is said to be the origin of the tart.
