Food Blog Analysis

 This time I would like to share a food blog with everyone. And I'm going to write my own analysis.

The name of the blog is "Pinch of Yum"

The blogger called Lindsay and she lives in Saint Paul with her husband Bjork and their dog Sage. She was working as a fourth-grade teacher before. She started the blog from 2010, to inspire viewers with food that is both approachable and exciting, whether the viewers are cooking for themselves, thier family, their roommates, or their friends.

I think the layout of the blog is very clear, for example, there are indexes for blogs, and the recipes are categorized, so people can find what they want to see or cook. Also, the cooking video is very good. For an amateur of cooking, like me, can understand the process not only for texts, but also in visual. It motivates people to cook. I think this is the best point of this blog. Also, you can print the recipes. On the other hand, about a bad point is that the font type is almost all same. I think if there are more patterns, the blog looks more attractive. About the accessibility of the language, the words used in this blog are simple and even not an English native can understand. So it can say easy to access. In total, the blog’s quality is high and well-written. The number of comments is also many, it means a lot of people love to read the blog.
